Withholding PayPal funds without a reason
I withdrew funds from my PayPal account to FNB on the 4th of April 2018. It is supposed to take 5 to 8 working days, which means, that at the absolute latest, it should have cleared today. I called today and spoke to Bongani, who told me that it should have cleared on the 11th of April 2018. However, I still need to wait 24 to 48 hours for the matter to be escalated and to get an answer. This is unacceptable!!! It's my money that you are withholding, and you can't even tell me why. I shouldn't even have to query this!!!
