Withholding my payments

On 29/4/2017 I paid my Telkom account via Easypay for R291.95 and for some reason it went into 'pending' status then by 1/5/2017 it was still in 'Pending' status and i sent FNB and email regarding the 'Pending' status

In order to escape penalty fees, I made the payment again of R291.95 on 2/5/2017. Today I have noticed that the 'Pending' payment has now gone through. Meaning R291.95 has been paid to Telkom on 2 occassions.

R291.95 coming from my Credit Card and another R291.95 coming from my Cheque account.

I have contacted FNB call centre and was told there is nothing that they can do. This is only an issue because FNB withheld my intial payment.

This matter needs to attended to as now i have 2 payments from both my accounts

Ok, so I received this reply from FNB as well as an email requesting that i contact ********** in order to resolve my query

I called the number and the consultant i spoke to told me this CANNOT be resolved over the phone

So FNB I shall ask you one more time to resolve this matter as I am now fedup with this running around after you made the error

If this matter is not resolved within the next 24hrs then I will have to take my business of ten years elsewhere
