Withholding Funds

When will I receive my funds ,last year may my account was frozen and my relationship with the bank was terminated yet i had 2 accounts with funds remaining in and I was refunded my one accounts funds and now my accounts funds suddenly disappeared I want to know where is my funds for account *** because on the 04 October 2023 an amount of R6000 reference DR *** was sent to fnb suspense account so why didn't I receive my refund of that amount too? Your ***** investigater and ***** team leader is not answering my question to where that funds went and I want to know where my money is. I WANT MY REFUND. How can your consultants say that 04 October 2023 DR *** R6000( account ***) that transaction was an manual transaction to your fnb suspense account and your ***** investigater say there doesn't exist any proof of that funds meanwhile I have proof of that transaction along with screenshots of my conversation with your consultants. Where did my funds go, either one of your workers took it or something else happened but I want to know where is that funds.
