Withholding Funds

Not all my funds was paid and your ***** investigator is not responsive at all. I would like to know why my funds for account *** was not paid also. I only received funds for my other account which also had funds in.

There was 2 accounts that was frozen with funds in ,it was account *** and *** where is my funds that was in my account *** and why was it not paid? I only received my refund for account *** and why not for my account account. I was contacted by ***** team leader Miss Malgas but she never rep**** back. Is this what you call customer service.
