Withholding funds

Why you withholding my funds I sent from my tymebank account to fnb? Account got reported for fruad where I sent from my Capitec account to fnb an large amount yet I submitted all documents and proof of payment and yet fnb don't want to give my remaining funds ,it had been 7 months already. If this matter is not fixed I will have to take legal action against you.
