Withholding Fund

I am really fed up with this bank and there ***** investigaters , Moipane Gumbi, she is not doing her job correctly and would like to make an formal complaint regarding her. Thursday her Manager's manager contacted me following up my complaint about her telling me I should go to an branch to get my remaining funds. Friday Miss Gumbi tells me to go to an branch to get my refund,yet I get to the branch and they tell me due to them not having tellers they can give my refund then she advised me to go Monday to go to an fnb branch and I went to Parow branch and there they tell me they can't do it and they will do it to my CAPITEC account and today I am still waiting, both my account *** and *** both have funds left so I hereby request Moipane Gumbi's Manager to contact me regarding this matter and to assist me. And would like and resolution to this matter to be made and for Miss Gumbi to be contacted and to be advised to do her job correctly and to be dealt with in an proper and ordinary manner.
