Withholding Client Statements/Pathetic service
I fail to understand why FNB is refusing to send my statements from 2016 to present to the authorised email address on my accounts, as FNB were supposed to and agreed upon when I set up my account and online banking profile. This is withholding client information, which infringes on my rights as a client. No authorisation or authentication of any kind should be required to do your job.
I will not accept the case being closed without resolution.
If this is the attitude of FNB Private banking, it is very disappointing and rather disgusting.
My number has since changed from ********** (which is no longer in service. You cannot reach me on this number. I have provided an updated contact number. My authorised email has not changed. You can send the requested statements to this authorised email address, which will show as authorised by FNB on your systems.
As my online banking profile was deleted without my consent, I am unable to assist myself. All cards have been cancelled due the the massive ***** that FNB was unable to prevent or resolve on my account. This issue was escalated to the ombudsman. This current issue of withholding client information from the client will also be escalated as it infringes on my rights as a consumer.
I will not accept or entertain any requests to visit a branch, as I have no cards, my ID is lost, and all my accounts/online banking is not available. FNB has made sure of this.
I do expect that my bank statements from 2016 to present be sent to me using the EMAIL ADDRESS AUTHORISED WITH FNB: ********** I fail to understand the problem.
Issues such as this make me grateful that I no longer bank with FNB, as the service I have received is should be embarrassing for FNB.
Your prompt assistance is appreciated.
