Withheld social grant money

FNB decided to withhold social grant money paid into their account without prior notice or any reason whatsoever,sent them an email yesterday and no response,this money is used for basic needs,we have nothing to fall back on whilst FNB is wasting time taking us from pillar to post.so frustrating cause I don't even know what the issue is as the account has received money numerous times before without any issues.
