Withheld refund without explanation
I closed 3 accounts 1 credit card and 2 personal loans last year September. One Debt who are my debt reviewer paid money into those accounts for 2 months (Sept & Oct), while I was still waiting for paid-up letters from FNB. Since Dec 2020 I've been requesting a refund with no luck. the only money that was paid back was for the credit card. I followed all communication channels with FNB BUT GET computer generated emails. When they respond! The promise to give feedback but never did. The only time they communicate is when I'm told that my account is being handed over for collection. Please pay me back my money so that I can settle my debt.

19 Mar 2021, 08:45Since this complaint, I received an email promising that the money has been traced and it will be paid into my account within 5 working days, which was Tuesday the 16th of March. To date, nothing has been deposited. Worse, the money that was paid on the 3rd of March 2021 into the discovery Credit card amounting to R8393.29 has still not reflected.
