Withheld payments without notification

I have made a payment via my FNB business account (which is fully compliant, fica updated, tax compliant etc etc ) to a supplier and FNB has held the payment,without giving me any Incontact notification, email or phone call. I find it disturbing and I’m sure ******** for the bank that charges a fee to transact to then hold payments and not let me know until my suppliers phone me asking where the payments are. This is not a one time occurrence,it’s happening almost every transaction even after going in branch to discuss. Pathetic fnb
