Withheld ewallet funds

Fnb is treating me unfairly by forcing me to have a banking relationship with them through having a bank account for ewallet, I was first given false information about how the service works, I was told I only use the card issued once to release my funds and never told to keep because now I have a banking relationship with Fnb, forcefully so, I want to my funds out and I'm told I need a replacement card and I'll be charged R80, I must go to the branch with my ID (I've never signed up to be Fnb's client), I understand you want to make money from the service but why mislead? I feel ******, the manager at Campus Square Shinaaz Goolam, couldn't even answer me why I'm being forced to have account with Fnb against my freewill ? I would appreciate feedback Regards
