Withdrawing cash at Pick n Pay

This complaint should probably be owned by Pick n Pay and not FNB. However, I believe that the only way we can address this, is if FNB attends to the issue. It is all good and well and very safe an convenient to make FNB cash withdrawals at Pick n Pay cashiers, but then the cashiers should actually have money that can be withdrawn. Nine out of ten times when I want to withdraw cash, the cashiers do not have money in the till for my withdrawal - even if I want to withdraw only R100. I think that the principle of making this option available to FNB clients is great and a step in the right direction, provided that the cashiers have the money available for the withdrawals, without having to call supervisors to get the money from the safe. Could you kindly discuss this with Pick n Pay and get this issue resolved.
