Withdrawal with no money coming out but account was deducted

I am very disappointed on the 25th I tried to withdraw from an absa atm I was going out the amount was for r300 but for some reason I thought I left the money in the atm and didnt take it upon checking CCTV footage the money never came out as this happened at my place of residence I have been trying now for days but because of it being holidays I can't get help everywhere is closed and its annoying the hell out of me cause it deducted the 300 from my balance now when I want to dispute this and have the money reversed back in ti my account I can't get help. This is bad service at the wrong time I understand but the more time passes the more I can't get it resolved I need help please can someone raise this issue and help me as if this is how it will be I rather move over to another bank
