Withdrawal of ***** case

I made a mistake in referring a ***** case under case number 2*** but FNB ***** department fails to assist me to withdraw it. In the interim, they froze the "perpetrator's" account. The investigator is a one Mbali Sibiya but I cannot reach her as they fail to put me through to her directly.
