Withdrawal from ATM with no money

Fnb service is the most pathetic service , this is my story ,on the 02 October 2019, I went to draw out money amount of R750, I waited at the ATM and no money came out of the machine but a slip of withdrawal came out i waited for 5min and no money came out. I went on the 3 October 2019 to fnb to get them to escalate this matter . its been more then a month now and I have NOT got my money back. They couldn't even check the footage to see what may have happen.. I lost R750 of my money just because fnb couldn't solve this matter.
