Withdrawal at Checkers till declined

FNB encourages clients to withdraw cash from Checkers instead of their ATMs in order to earn more E-bucks. This morning I went to Checkers to withdraw R100 and even though I had sufficient funds in my account, the withdrawal was declined with a message that I should call the bank. This is very embarrassing when it happens while you are standing in a queue at a supermarket. FNB keeps on shifting the goalposts every year to make it more difficult for clients to earn EBucks. We have to jump through hoops to earn Ebucks and when we jump through those hoops, this is what happens. Simply unacceptable!
