Withdraw Paypal to FNB hard error
I have a verified non-fnb banking account to withdraw money from my paypal and after waiting days my account does not allow me to grant permissions and gives me an orange "hard error" when trying to withdraw from my paypal to capitec through fnb's services.
I tried phoning, I tried calling but get no help because nobody understands the issues. It's been 4 days trying to set and verify everything only to get this new issue.

17 Apr 2020, 12:11Hi I get an e90909 error system unavailable as well as hard hold on account errors but everything has been verified, It won't let me grant permissions for fnb to see the balance or accept terms and conditions at all either.
