Withdraw from atm and money did not come out
Im Edward Tlhoaele. I withdrew R700 about 3 weeks ago from 2 different atms that were not FNB. Money did not come out of the atms and I reported the incident to FNB n they told me they will contact me and no ref number was given. No update on the investigation whatsoever. The transaction shows minus from the bank statement but no money came out from both atms
