Willing to work

I would like to compliment Charles Ford on his outstanding service I received at FNB. He was the first person being able to assist me and resolving my complaints in the past 3 complaints I have had with FNB.<br> <br> He was the only employee willing to assist and also taking responsibility for and on behalf of the Bank, and therefore I give credit where credit is due.<br> <br> This is also by far one of the most helpful people I came across at a service provider in the past 5 or so years.
