Will not re-invest in FNB

I just hate FNB. No help over the phone, worst call center. I open a fixed term investment in Sept, Still cant get an app, the system is always off if I ask for a bank statement. From the start I didn't get for what I thought I was going to get, the interest rate was lower than said, (Only for a certain amount and over) AND I needed to invest longer (this is not stipulated) I had to go into the bank to even "open" this account, couldn't do it online, just to worst experience. Why must I be forced to open a cheque account just to have the app? I will not re-invest. Treated so badly over and over again, Boksburg branch in Market street is the most unfriendly branch, so disappointed in FNB.
