Will never do my personal banking

Right, firstly I don’t bank with FNB so this is absolutely annoying, I had to create an account to access money that was sent to me via PayPal and believe me if my bank had the option of me getting it via them I would have gone that route, I have sent all my documentation through and was told 24 to 48 hours that was last week , it’s Tuesday and still no reply let alone an update.

Here is the problem I’m having , that money I am trying to access is money for my anti depressants which I should have already gotten last week, now this may be a joke to FNB not me it’s not, i rely heavily on my medication as it’s all that gets me through my day, for someone that doesn’t know what its like to live with depression will never understand. So all Im asking is please I’m begging you can someone just get back to me. I’m desperate now and would like to feel slightly normal again. Show a little compassion now….
