Will NEVER buy anything from the eBucks shop again!

I will never buy anything from the eBucks shop again! I bought a Garmin Watch on eBucks in Novemer, and after 3 weeks, the Watch stopped charging and didn't want to switch on. It took eBucks three weeks AFTER logging the return to come and fetch the device. I have to CONSTANTLY call eBucks to find out what happened with the evaluation and they advised me that my replacement unit was delivered on Friday, 31st of January 2020, of which is NOT TRUE! I still do not have the replacement unit! I spent an incredible amount of money on this watch and no one at eBucks knows what the status of my device is! Absolutely shocking!
