Will never bank with FNB again

I'm not very happy with FNB at all this is one of the banks ill never ever will go to again. I had account with them in 2015 and in 2016 we went on Debt Rescue were they paid this account *** in full on the 31/12/2016 for the amount of R346.67 as they stated non a letter they send to Debt Rescue on the 27/07/2015 Ref Number ***. Now that I phoned them and ask them please can I have a paid up letter for this account hey said they can not give me the letter because we still owned them over R900.00. Don't now how this bank is working at all we don't used this account and from 2016 there is not even getting money paid in to this account and still leave it just like that. FNB Bank is just for the money and not the people like they say. Now I must send a mail asking to write off the amount and this will take another 15 day before it will be done and then only I will received my letter. Don't think this is very fear from Fnb this is not my fault that the account department don't now how to work and now I must sit and wait to get my name cleared from Debt rescue. This is just not fear
