Will lost

on the 18th April 2017 I went into FNB Woodbridge Kempton Park to sign and hand in my will for safe keeping.. On the 9th May i received an sms to say i must phone FNB Fiduciary re unsigned will I phoned immediately and told them that it was signed and handed in to Prisiclla at FNB Wood bridge. They promised to look into it.

On the 25th May i received another sms to say i must contact them re unsigned will. Again i phoned and the woman promised to look into it and phone me back the following morning, Unfortunetly i never got their names. and of course no call was returned.Today i phoned back and was told my will is still unsigned and not in safe keeping. I then asked the lady if I could speak to her team leader and she said yes and the call was disconnected. Is that how FNB look after their clients. What happens if something happens to me and my son has my copy but the bank says it does not exist... all the legal wor****!! Very unhappy customer.
