Will FNB ever learn.

I would like to know what is going on at FNB these days ? I’ve been with FNB for almost 40 years, even before they were called FNB. Over the last few years, the incompetence in your ranks seems to be growing exponentially. You repeat the same mistakes over and over again and either don't learn from them or just don't care. It’s hard to tell which. You seem to think that an apology puts everything right, so please FNB put this up on your wall and take note, “AN APOLOGY WITHOUT CHANGE IS JUST MANIPULATION” because that is what you are very guilty of in the recent years and now.
