Will and deceased Estate

Good day

Can someone assist me with a will and testament of my late father which is held with fnb.. I have been back and forth with fnb for the last 7 months as I was told the will was renounced when asking fnb for proof as to who renounced the will I have no luck they cannot provide me with proof I feel there is conflict of interest as my neighbor has gotten involved and fnb employee has been liasing him and not with me.. I do not understand how 3rd party can give authorization for the will to be renounced I am sitting in a situation with the house mentioned in the will it vandelized so this left me with no water or electricity for the past 7 months.. This affecting my job and income aswell my girlfriend losing her job because she was unable to work from home as there no power.. I need to know what steps or actions should be taken against fnb aswell as the party mentioned above as this is causing alot of distress in my life and trying to contact or even going to fnb has proven to be no help..please assist and give me advice on what to do thank you.
