Why would you freeze my account?

Dear FNB,

Can you please explain to me why you have frozen my account after I sumitted the documentation which you requested?

You sent me an SMS requesting that I submit a proof of address via my internet banking, failure to do so would result in my account being frozen. I duely submitted the document, by following the instructions on the SMS, yet this evening I find that my account has been frozen. If you were not happy with the document that I had submitted, why not contact me and inform me of this and I would have happily submitted another one. However this was not the case.......I now find myself unable to pay for my accommodation for the evening, or even to buy myself dinner. To make matters worse, your call centre is unable to assist with this matter and instead puts the phone down in my ear twice.

THIS IS SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did what you asked, followed your instructions and this is what I get in return?
