Why We have private banker if they are not doing their job?

Dear Sir/Madam We are using FNB as our main business account but the service level we are getting absolutely horrible. We are utterly disgusted service that we are getting from Stephan Bothma who is our PRIVATE BANKER. We have done some swift transaction during last week but seems like they haven't arrived location that we sent. Now, we are trying to get feedback from our PRIVATE BANKER but no luck. On top, we have called call center number FNB FOREX still no feedback. Could you please find someone who is doing their job in FNB FOREX? How come no one can provide us proper information? Should we consider changing our business account to a different bank because of that bad service level we are getting it? Please contact me urgently regarding the mentioned matter above.
