Logged a complaint ***F , sent an email to Personal Loans then was advised to send it to FNB life claims.

Over 60 and this is the service I get , how disappointed I am right now without fail I been paying this loan and now that I need to claim on the very same policy that I have been paying on this loan due to unforseen circumstances at work with short time and not getting my full salary to claim to assist me to still pay this delays and no feedback is so stressful because I feel like when I need help then its not so much of how can I help you,but now its more of how can we not help you.
