Why should you have a Private Banker

I seldomly contact my banker (Yoland Pillay) for assistance but when I do, its like he is doing me a huge favour and never really helps. Given the fact that he had vanished for a period of time and I was not notified who will take his place. I only knew he was on sick leave when I queried why my banker on my statement changed.

When he called me today after I sent him an email for assistance, I hate when someone questions your intelligence by asking you if you have a pen and page infront of you. He did nothing to try and help me, he just quickly said no and when I threatened to close my account, he gladly said I should do so. I called to speak to a manager with my query and he also quickly dismissed me. If this is how you treat clients, then I definitely do not need your service and I am not the only one that has experienced this treatment. This leads me to my title, why do we need private bankers?
