Why should I pay for a replacement card if your ATM swallowed it?

My own FNB business card was held back by an FNB ATM at a garage on the 12th August. I spoke to a lady that same day to order a new card and she assured me I wouldn't need to pay for a replacement card since your ATM took the card.

Now I got an SMS saying your ARE going to bill me for the replacement card. I am sorry, but I don't think it's fair to invoice for me a replacement card if your ATM took it!!
