Why punish me for *****?!?!?!?

<p>So I have always enjoyed FNB's service but recently I had a ********** transaction on my account. I called the ***** department to sort it our but alas they told me I need to go into a branch. Now I am well aware the limitations of call centers and online banking but is it not FNB that advertises that ***** can be stopped from your phone? Now I must be inconvenienced traveling during my work day to go sort out a transaction that was not made by me? When I tried giving the details to the lady that helped me she did not even bother. So wat is the point of ***** prevention when I try to give you the details of the man that tried to commit a crime against me and you tell me you cannot help me? Absolutely disgusted. I called the complaints department and a very nice lady helped me. I am awaiting a response. I just want to make you aware of the false promises of your advertising and disgusting service. ***** is a serious problem in our country yet the leading bank of South Africa does nothing to try stop it.</p>
