Why offer card deliveries if you can't do it?

I upgraded my account almost a month ago, the 17 October 2022, with this I got a new card and had to await credit card delivery instructions.

The lady who helped me at the woodmead branch was very helpful and friendly. She told me DSV would be in contact with me to discuss the details of my delivery.

I waited a full week and had no communication from DSV. When I talked to the consultants on the app they let me know that no credit card had been ordered, which is weird because when I went to collect my debit card on the 21st the consultant at the branch told me the credit card was already embossed., anyway I had to put in a new order. Set up the delivery details and waited the required 5-7 days for delivery. Still no card.

I contacted the consultants in the app suite again, and they said DSV contacted me but I didn't pick up, they didn't contact me, so they had to setup a new delivery request.

Yesterday I got a text from DSV letting me know delivery would happen between 9-11am.

Waited the whole day and I didn't get the card. The lady at the DSV call center says I have to make ANOTHER delivery request and right now this is getting ridiculous.

Why is it so complicated to get this card delivered? Why offer cards if delivery is going to be such a big hassle?

I need to travel and will be out of the country for a few months so I need the delivery of this credit card to happen soon as it is now delaying my schedule.

FNB needs to take car delivery more seriously than this. Honestly disappointed in this lack of service and the extra labor I need to put in to get this card delivered to me.

FNB and DSV need to do better and they need to make the delivery drivers more responsible for deliveries they miss, the customer can't be the one doing all the extra work to get the service that we are paying for from the bank we are supposed to trust with our money!
