Why ***** my money

Fnb is turning out to be a bank you cannot trust I've had this account with them over six years and never experienced any ***** but this weekend someone did online shopping for almost two thousand rand while i was sleeping ....am i not supposed to approve any online transaction??? Is this no longer my money is it our money? Is it no longer my account but our account? If people can just do as they please while i sleep ,and if i never approved the transaction FNB did so FNB is giving my personal details to i don't know who but its clearly not safe with FNB.
