Why must I wait so long??

I attempted opening a business account and registering with CPIC online via FNB on the 22nd of June. Upon paying, the money was deducted from my account and I was kicked off the system. My application did not go through. I immediately logged a call with FNB. I received a phone call asking me to email my tracking number, which I did, twice. I received no response after that. I then phoned the customer helpline, and they said I need to send a mail to ********** which I did...No response.. I went to an FNB branch to try to sort it out. The bank consultant phoned a number and they said I need to send an email again, which I did. Still nothing. I logged another ticket with FNB. Still nothing. I phoned again, still nothing.

In addition to all of this, I logged another ticket regarding 2 SLOW lounge visits that I made in June. R250 per trip was charged to my account. I know that normally it gets reversed, but this time it wasn't, hence I logged the ticket. No response. I went to the bank and the consultant logged another ticket. No response. I phoned in, no response.

In addition to this, my ebuck reward level was downgraded to 0 (not even 1). Hence I don't earn ebucks now. I'm a platinum card holder with a debit and credit card. I have a loan account, everything needed to be earning more than enough ebucks.

What do I need to do to get through to FNB???

I've been a customer with FNB since 2006. I've received some pretty bad service from them, but just out of laziness, I haven't switched to another bank. I really think this is the last straw.

Very sad indeed...

Good Day Naomi

Thank you for your response.

I received a call from one of the Premier Agents, explaining that I had not logged onto the FNB app, hence I did not qualify for the SLOW lounge visits. I told her I most definetly did as I got a new phone in May and immediately installed and logged onto the app. I also asked her to follow up as to why my previous tickets had not been attended to. I asked her to double check and call me again.

Instead of returning the call she sent an email response stating that I didn't logon to the app.

Either way, please could you send me a link to where it gives the qualifying criteria for SLOW Lounge visits, as the "two electronic channels to be used" criteria is a new one. I can't find this rules anywhere. I know I logged on to the FNB App.

Regarding the multiple tickets that I logged, it's very strange that there's nothing recorded as I sent multiple tickets since the 22nd of June and only one was picked up. Is your Contact service working? Or would it be best to contact FNB via HelloPeter rather as I get a quicker response that way.

This so called Premier Service is highly disappointing.

I forget to add that the reason I'm posting this response on HelloPeter, is because she didn't give me any contact details in her email to me. Hence I asked her to phone me, instead of emailing me.
