Why must FNB take advantage of COVID 19 to get us into debts. SELFISHNESS at best

I am so disappointed with FNB allowing unauthorized debit orders to take money from my account and won't allow me to reverse the amount. Why must FNB use the time of COVID 19 to get us into deep misery??????? This is not the time FNB.
