Why lie?

FNB eWallet Services provides misleading information on the ATM screen. It directs you to either Pick n Pay, Checkers, Spar or Boxer to pay with the wallet or draw cash when off-line, but NOT ONE of them supports ewallet services. Why lie to the customer?
