Why is there always something wrong with online banking platform?

Can someone please explain to me why there is always something with FNB's online banking platform on a Sunday? If it's not Paypal that doesn't work, then it's the login form that doesn't work. I've tried to log in again just now, and I'm 100% using the correct login details, yet it keeps telling me that I've used the wrong login details. Can this be fixed asap please!
