why is so difficult to get a paid up letter?
requested paid up letter from FNB's debt review email box( ***) on 18 February. To date, not a single reply and no assistance. This after i tried other avenues such as secure chat, where i was advised they cannot assist me, what is the purpose of secure chat then?

Thank you for the reply. i have multiple complaint reference numbers, this does not assist me in any way. i need my letters by COB today so i can get my clearance, which takes time in itself. i am willing to wait till COB today, else i will have to consider other routes to get assistance.
