WHY IS MY NAME FLAGGED/ Remove my name

2020 I opened a bank account with FNB a Business account and Cheque Account that had a savings account.

2022 when I tried to access my Savings the account was blocked 🚫 and i was directed to contact the contact center wich I did and was not assisted. I finally went to the bank and the consultant made a few calls one which was the ***** DEPARTMENT and to my surprise I was told in 2015 I app**** for a LOAN online and submitted a ********** statement wich I never did. I explained to the consultant at the ***** DEPARTMENT and I was told to go to the police station for an AFFIDAVIT and write everything that I told her. I've never lost my Iddenty document in 2015 and I never app**** for a loan. When I got home the same day from the bank I received a call from a 011 number where a consultant claiming they calling from FNB who didn't even give me chance to explain myself telling me yes I app**** for a LOAN and my name has been FLAGGED.

MY NAME HAS BEEN FLAG I CAN'T OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AT ANY OTHER BANK I HAVE TO USE MY WIFES BANK ACCOUNT FOR MY SALARY MY SAVINGS ARE STILL NOT ACCESSIBLE
