Why is my money missing FNB?

Just discovered that R500 was missing from my account with no expenditure on my side to explain it. Something similar happened earlier in year, the where R400 was taken from my account and when I called to find out what happened apparently Virtual Card payments where doing that and the money was going to be replaced soon. Apparently card payments didn’t go through t on the 23rd of December 2024 (I think that was the date), and regardless of money always being provisionally debited when we make purchases, that money got taken again. Imagine my surprise when I thought I had money in my account and then I didn’t. Don’t think I ever got that R400 back. What is going on? I have been with FNB since like 2016, no issues, until later year, I got *****ulent activity last year where 5K was taken from my account. Luckily, I got it back. Earlier in the year R400 went missing and now a few months later R500 goes missing. I’d like my money back.
