Why is my business on call account under investigation

I don't know why my buisness on call account linked to my business account been on hold. I only use this account for saving some. Profit from my business now they said the ***** department are investigating it. Which all my account are fine and nothing is wrong with any of my account please I need the business on call they said no note on the system been calling and no answer has been given to me.
