Why is my account debited?

I recently received an unpaid notification from FNB #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 3 ITEMS ON 20/09/ no merchant name no nothing.

To the best of my knowledge, i did not have any debit orders nor pending amounts. This is simply disastrous because now I have a negative balance for something that is not accounted for.

FNB where is my money?
