Why is it still taking so long to release PayPal payments in 2023?

Why are you still taking nearly 5 days to release PayPal withdrawals in 2023? Seriously, this is getting ridiculous now. Sometimes it takes you 2 days, but here we are again 5 days later and the payment is not released. PayPal withdrawals are done because people need the money. So can you just release my payment already and not use tomorrow's public holiday as an excuse again? I am unemployed and need the money!
