Why is it difficult to make payment arrangement for account
I have accounts with FNB that I have gotten behind with due to circumstances. It has been handed over to Barret Legal. Barret Legal is really not interested in payments. I have tried several attempts to make payment arrangement and due to my work hours I can only do this via email. I basically get ignored. Why can you not contact me via email or either phone me after 19:00 at night. Then I can talk on my phone. FNB can you help me. Im trying to pay accounts...why is it so difficult
