WHY IN THE WORLD ARE YOU TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT?????

WHY IN THE WORLD ARE YOU TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING ME. When opening an FNB account I was NEVER informed of this "value added service" so WHY am I being charged for it and why is it such a big amount (R220). Please do something about it or you will loose another client and continue to get BAD reviews.
