Why has fnb cut rand credit card and shoprite rand spend for gold card customers?

The new ebucks rewards are disgraceful fnb. Us GOLD customers have been reduced to receiving nothing. The credit card spend has been cut to just R7500 and shoprite spend to only R1750. Or 20 percent of total spend, whatever that means. This is just so shady Fnb. These rules are not even understandable.This shows just how much GOLD customers a valued at FNB. And thats zero value. The only way to earn ebucks now is to buy from at Engen only. Why? What about us customers who live in places where there is no engen. Did you think about us customers who live in rural areas with no Engen garrage? Fnb new rules take and give absolutely nothing back to the customer. Shame on you ebucks and fnb.
