Why handed over without my knowledge and changed the dates from 2012 to 2015 and when closing it the account was dated 2012
I took a 2 loan with FNB bank 2012, 2013 I consolidated with 2013. In 2015 I had a call from FNB Bank stating that I owe them. There was an outstanding amount, and I said okay hense they stated that there's an outstanding amount. In 2016 I called Transunion to get my credit report and there was a loan dated 2015.
I called FNB and they told me that it's a loan that was taken 2012 and the reason it was dated 2015 is because it was handed over. And I reported to FNB that it was unfair to be handed over without my knowledge. No default letter, know email and no summons. I said to them I won't be paying this account. When I tell them that no default nor summons and the sent me a default letter.
In 2016 December 3 years later I got the first default letter from FNB. 2016 I have realized that i have 2 recorded loans and told that the other loan was also handed over so that 3rd loan was a baby loan that came from the second loan. As a consumer a need a letter stating why did they did that to me. And explain if what they did to me was legal in writing, and the process that process was taken for them to end up being handing me over without my concern.
I need closure, I want FNB to give me clarity on all the process and all the conclusion was taken by the bank. FNB must give me reason, I went to other departments for this case to get attention. I even wrote to FNB CEO and I was the clown of the bank.
Please FNB must just give me a response in writing.

I requested for all the default letters you sent me from 2013 to date. I need proof that my account was fairly handled. Hence I said that I was handed over without my knowledge, I was blacklisted without my knowledge. Kindly send me all the letters you sent to me and show me all the signatures showing that I have recieved all of them and emails and ignored you still.
Kindly send me that info and the statements of my account from 2012 to 2014 because I I also been told that I missed payments. I've been pleading with FNB Bank for years to do right by me with no success, I request all of the above from FNB thanks.
