Why FNB's Lack of Support for PayPal Integration is Unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service I have received from FNB regarding my PayPal account. I have been trying to set up my account for weeks now, but every time I call, I am put on hold with a message to send an email. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to receive any response or assistance. As customer of FNB, I expect better service and support. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I urge FNB to take action and address this issue promptly, as it is unacceptable to leave customers in the dark for weeks on end. I hope this review will get the attention of FNB and prompt them to assist me in setting up my PayPal account as soon as possible.
