Why fnb why

I think there is problems on fnb, because when I use my card the money goes of from available to the balance and still they are *****ing me even tho im swiping my card and get notifications, i spoke to a consultant of premier bankkng and she i asked her is their anything going of she said no but still money is being taken, the consultant which i spoked to now did not understand me which irrates me, the best thing for fnb customers is to withdraw all the cash in the account an work with cash otherwise you are losing everymonth. Ive never had problems like this at standardbank, and im beginninh to kick myself for that decision.
